Last week, I posted about my favorite place on Earth, Moab, Utah. That was a lead in to these: a spectacular pair of 2008 Nike Air Force 1s inspired by another sneaker, the Nike Air Mowabb, which was phonetically named after Moab. I have a couple other Forces from the 2008 "Nike Performance x Perfection" line, including the Wildwoods and the Safaris, but I didn't have these--until now.
Huge shoutout to my man Justin @SoleLo of Sole Lab, a sneaker & streetwear boutique in Oceanside, CA, and also @KurtBert who had a hand in me getting these as well. I've done some graphic design work for Justin's store, and I guess he was feeling generous and thought of me when looking for someone to give these to. It was serendipitous that I happen to love Moab, the namesake for these sneakers--and that they were my size! Thanks again, Justin, I absolutely love them.
